At ELEGOO, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printers and electronics; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Contact our official support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box to prevent transit damage and include the RMA form inside the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
